For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. SHIPPING/ORDERS
What are your shipping rates, delivery destinations, and schedules?
We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 for the first item purchased and free shipping on all following items. Shipping is provided through UPS ground, FedEx and USPS. Priority shipping can be arranged. We ship within the USA excluding Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes. Shipping outside of the USA is currently unavailable.
How do I track my order?
Once you place an order we will contact you via email and provide you with a tracking number to track your package. We will also send email corespondence when your order has shipped.
When is my order processed and how long does it take to deliver?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment. Delays may be experienced during peak holiday seasons. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending upon the distance. Orders shipping by UPS Ground generally arrive within 2-5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships, which may be used to track your package's progress. Orders shipping by USPS Parcel Post take 3-6 business days within the lower 48 states, longer for others. Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days to US addresses.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, if your order has not been shipped it can be cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at 1-801-756-7325 as soon as possible.
Can I return something?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with the products we sell. If at any time within 14 days of receiving your item you are NOT 100% satisfied, you may send your purchase back for a refund or store credit for the price paid for the merchandise (minus what you paid for shipping), or you may exchange it for another item at our website. Please contact us immediately at info@woodtoypalace.com, or 801-756-7325 for a return authorization. Returns made without an authorization cannot be accepted. In cases of defective merchandise please contact us at the above information so that we can make it right!

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and military addresses?
Sorry, we currently only ship within the USA excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Box addresses.
What if the item I want is sold out/Backordered?
Although we strive to keep our items in stock, in rare cases some of our items may be out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you within 24 hours and you may cancel the order, or proceed with the order and the item will ship once it is back in stock. If you are interested in an item that is marked "Sold Out, or Backordered", feel free to email us for information about when it will be available again.

Are Your Toys Safe?
All of our products are subjected to rigorous safety testing using ASTM standards. Our manufacturers continually test our toys to ensure 100% safe products that comply with the North American Safety Standard. Our manufacturers also use non-toxic dyes and paints. Do your toys contain any lead?
None of the products that we carry have been recalled in the recent lead safety recalls. All of our manufacturers use non-toxic, safe dyes and paints.
