Never pay more than $9.95 for ground shipping within the US!  We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 for your first item purchased and FREE shipping on all additional items.  That means you only pay $9.95 regardless of how large your order is!  Shipping is provided through UPS Ground and USPS.  Priority shipping can be arranged.  Currently we ship only within the USA.  This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes.

How long will my order take to deliver?

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment. Delays may be experienced during peak holiday seasons. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending upon the distance. Orders shipping by UPS Ground generally arrive within 2-5 business days. A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships, which may be used to track your package's progress at www.ups.com. Orders shipping by USPS Parcel Post take 3-6 business days within the lower 48 states, longer for others. Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days to US addresses.

Please note that some of our merchandise ships directly from the manufacturer so you may receive your packages at varying times.

RETURNS

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with the products we sell.  If at any time within 14 days of receiving your item you are not 100% satisfied, you may send your purchase back for a refund, or store credit for the price paid for the merchandise (minus what you paid for shipping) or you may exchange it for another item on our website.  Please contact us immediately at info@woodtoypalace.com, or 801-756-7325 for a return authorization.  Returns made without an authorization cannot be accepted.  All returns must be made with original packaging and receipt of purchase.  In cases of defective merchandise please contact us at the above information so that we can make it right!
